**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Missiles & Fire Control Quality Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality across hardware, software, systems, supplier, and customer domains.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the MFC program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead implementation of quality requirements for proposals and BOEs.
+ Conduct reviews of RFPs, contracts, and supplier deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain quality metrics and documentation.
+ Lead parts‑review and corrective‑action meetings with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
+ Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance across hardware, software, and systems.
