Quality Engineer

Summary

Responsible for ensuring product and process quality in accordance with Management objectives, with the authority to stop production processes when risks or nonconformities are identified.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Identify, document, monitor, report, and control risks affecting products and processes that could compromise safety and key business performance indicators.
• Lead problem‑solving activities and preventive actions related to assigned key performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources and efforts required to meet quality assurance requirements.
• Monitor and maintain procedures, documents, records, and all supporting evidence related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
