**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for producing and validating hardware for sophisticated missile systems and launch vehicles.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for tackling complex technical problems, delivering innovative solutions, and independently driving quality improvements across inspection and assembly processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and implement robust quality inspection procedures that support assembly operations.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, tool technicians, and customers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
+ Mentor less‑experienced engineers and lead inspection effort teams.
