Job Overview
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for implementing and executing quality assurance processes for specific accounts by collaborating closely with the assigned operational squad and their Project Managers. The Quality Coordinator ensures compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of localization processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators in daily client communications, supporting quality-related discussions and escalations.
- Set the quality assurance framework for translation and layout work for a specific set of accounts/clients, to ensure consistency of practices across languages and that the content edited and/or translated by the department is always fit for purpose.
