Quality Control Specialist (Architectural)

The Quality Control Specialist (Architectural) is responsible for overseeing the quality of exterior envelope and interior finish elements, as well as the aesthetic finishes of a project. This involves inspecting materials, monitoring construction methods for site work, concrete, steel, and architectural finishes, and ensuring compliance with design documents.

**Review contract documents (plans and specifications) and subcontractor submittals to ensure contract compliance.**

**Conduct detailed inspections of exterior and interior architectural elements, including exterior envelope (waterproofing, façade systems, roofing, windows, doors) and interior finishes (drywall, doors/frames/hardware, painting, floor finishes, wall finishes, and millwork) for compliance with contract documents, approved submittals, and mock-ups.**
