**Position Summary**

UIC Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced **Civil Operations Quality Control Manager (COQCM)** with extensive civil and vertical construction experience in remote Alaska. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all project quality control activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have significant experience with water and wastewater infrastructure projects in remote Alaska and will play a key leadership role in maintaining quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
