Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing the end-to-end quality management system for the express delivery network and driving quality-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with quality-related teams across different functions, such as customs clearance, sorting/distribution, and last-mile delivery, to improve end-to-end timeliness and service quality.
• Develop targeted improvement plans based on key quality data and drive operational teams to implement and improve accordingly.
• Handle other key tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in the express delivery industry or quality management is required.
• Languages: English and Spanish can be used as working languages.
• Excel proficiency is required; SQL skills are preferred.
