About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this position works within the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department to optimize mix design and raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, manage product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives. It meets divisional quality goals and objectives, reduces quality incidents and associated costs, enhances customer service, and leads a team of QA/QC technicians in the field.
