Quality Assurance Manager (Beaverlodge)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, this position works within the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department to optimize mix design and raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, manage product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives. The role meets divisional quality goals and objectives, reducing quality incidents and costs, enhancing customer service, and leads a team of QA/QC technicians in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer, develop, implement, and standardize quality plans and processes for the Greater Edmonton / Northern Alberta Area, working closely with General Managers, conducting audits, and adhering to the WCan Quality Control Manual.
