Quality Assurance Compliance Officer

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Quality Assurance & Compliance (QA & C) Officer supports the implementation of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement activities across the University of Manchester Dubai. The role plays a key part in ensuring that academic and operational practices comply with local regulatory requirements while maintaining alignment with the University of Manchester’s academic standards and quality frameworks. Working closely with the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, the postholder supports institutional licensure and programme accreditation activities, regulatory reporting requirements, institutional effectiveness processes and the implementation of the UAE’s Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework (OBEF) and Higher Education Database (HEDB) requirements.
