Tasks
Participate in integrating quality requirements into new product development. Support the APQP process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout projects. Coordinate Process FMEA meetings and prepare control plans. Work closely with the quality control team to validate dimensional inspections of parts. Analyze customer complaints and non-conformities to identify trends and implement action plans. Conduct risk analyses, root cause analyses (5 Whys method, 8D), and coordinate corrective actions. Act as a representative of customer needs and expectations within the organization. Prepare, coordinate, and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) packages according to customer requirements.
