Quality Assurance Analyst

Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for validating software functionality. Conduct system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and user requirements. Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution reports for clarity and traceability. Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to resolve them. Assist in automating test processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure alignment on testing goals and progress. Qualifications B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical), or I.T. At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
