As a Relief Chef, you are responsible for managing the daily kitchen operations at our facility supporting the BHP Jansen potash mine. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to food safety regulations, and control costs while delivering high-quality meals. Your experience and culinary creativity are vital in developing appropriate menus and training kitchen staff.
