As an Intermediate Building Operator, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain properties and address tenant needs. Your role will involve overseeing emergency responses, managing HVAC maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also conduct daily inspections and assist with service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
