 On behalf of our client in medical, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Human Resource Officer to work in Kampala.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection requirements.

  • Administer staff contracts, leave management, and attendance tracking systems.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Coordinate staff performance appraisal processes and training & development programs.
