QMS Specialist

Marshall Land Systems requires a QMS Specialist in Moncton, NB to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the QMS Specialist will support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO9001 requirements, including audits, management reviews, documentation control, and continuous improvement of quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001 requirements and the organization’s standards and client specifications.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits, including scheduling, execution, reporting of findings and follow‑up of corrective actions.
• Support external and customer audits, including preparation of documentation, coordination of activities and closure of audit findings.
• Coordinate and prepare Management Review inputs including KPIs, audit results, non‑conformances, customer feedback and process performance.
