ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with customer requirements (IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc.).
Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.Coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) at plant level.Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central functions when needed.QualificationsBachelor in Engineering (e.G., Electronic, Mechanical) or similar.At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in a plant (e.G., IE, Process Engineering, QMPP, Test Engineer, etc.).
