Quality Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for the project, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and project contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure its effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and supervise a multi-disciplinary QA/QC team, including inspectors and engineers across Mechanical, Civil, and E&I works.
- Act as the primary quality interface with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Ensure quality objectives and KPIs are achieved and aligned with project deliverables.
