QA Intern

Support the QA department in data-driven process improvements and digital initiatives, working with cross-functional teams at RTX.

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and PowerApps to monitor QA performance and operational metrics.
• Support the revamp and improvement of internal websites to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Design and build a database system capable of photo-based search for calibration tools.
• Establish linkages between procedures and form numbers to improve traceability and document control.
• Enhance QCPC and SMS systems by improving data collection processes and creating analytics dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement visual management solutions.
