• Understand current process flows, how the change would integrate into current systems.
• Enhance and improve current designs while adding functionality.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and define the scope of GRT work clearly.
• Task breakdown & estimation: Decompose requirements into well-scoped, estimated deliverables.
• Proactive code improvement: Go beyond assigned tasks by identifying opportunities to refactor legacy code and apply up-to-date technologies.
• Test strategy & execution: Design comprehensive test strategies and lead end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenarios with minimal defect leakage.
