POSITION OBJECTIVE
Develop and implement an effective tool to track and properly follow up on the PPAP process for purchasing parts.
**ACTIVITIES**:
Develop a projects tracking tool for BRP Queretaro.
Create a formal process describing all required activities and responsible.
Communicate & train the procurement team.
Monitor the tool and give proper follow-up.
Document formally this new tool into our processes.
**CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA**:
Establish a standardized working process.
Ensure information remains consolidated and accessible at all times.
Keep a clear overview of the start dates for main activities and their potential impact on project milestones.
Complete key activities on time, such as creating tooling purchase orders, setting prices, and defining production requirements (forecast).
Ensure the prompt onboarding of new suppliers to prevent issues in departments like customs (virtual operations), planning, or logistics...
