Your role:
To be responsible for sourcing activity including the preparation of RFQ/ RFP documents, evaluation of offer/ proposals, vendor selection and management, pricing and contract negotiation, etc.To ensure sources of supply are established by competitive means as appropriate.To negotiate with suppliers for better terms and conditions in the supply of goods and services.To analyze and prepare commercial evaluation offers.To ensure purchase orders are placed to approved suppliers or appropriate sources.To communicate and work closely with relevant business units to understand their requirements.To expediate delivery of goods and deal with delivery/ quality discrepancies.
