Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer account and premise information within the billing system using data received from Region of Peel departments, municipal partners, and Municipal Connect.
- Process stormwater-related account and premise updates received from local municipalities.
- Create new residential and commercial stormwater accounts and premises.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve account, property, and billing discrepancies.
- Liaise with client municipalities and internal partners to validate and maintain accurate account information.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via telephone and email in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Investigate billing-related issues, explain account information, and provide guidance to customers on stormwater billing matters.
