About the Company

Vista Global Corporate Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) with extensive UAE Business Setup experience. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation, immigration procedures, labour laws, visa processing, and government regulations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all government-related matters for clients and the company while ensuring complete legal compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Company Formation & Business Setup
  • Handle Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formations.
  • Process new company registrations, amendments, renewals and liquidations.
  • Obtain trade name reservations and initial approvals.
