Psychology Fellow - Psychiatry (Medical Center)

At Houston Methodist, the Psychology Fellow position is responsible for providing supervised treatment of patients in multiple populations. Populations that this position will work with include but are not limited to: individuals with chronic psychiatric illness (e.g., treatment resistant depression, borderline personality disorder), somatic system disorder (e.g., non-epileptic events, psychogenic movement disorders) as well as chronic pain and opioid dependency. This position demonstrates competence to adapt to work and customer service to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and other developmental needs of patients served. The Psychology Fellow position will also demonstrate a commitment to clinical and research competency through involvement in Grand Rounds at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as well as Houston Methodist.
