Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced C. Psych Associate or Psychologist with specialization in WSIB cases to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, treatment, and support to patients recovering from workplace injuries. This role involves working closely with medical professionals, patients, and families to facilitate recovery and return-to-work processes. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and familiarity with WSIB protocols to ensure effective patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will start with a smaller caseload, which will gradually increase to a caseload of 30-40 patients.
