Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for two Psychiatrists to join a growing Regional Psychiatry Team in Northeast British Columbia. There are currently two Psychiatrists in Dawson Creek and two in Fort St John. Dawson Creek Hospital has 15 regional adult psychiatric beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services within a supportive private practice and mental health team.
• Work with and maintain an excellent working relationship with local Primary Care Physicians.
• Collaborate with the regional health authority to support adult psychiatric care in the Dawson Creek area.

Location

Dawson Creek & District Hospital, Dawson Creek, BC. Fort St John area locations also involved as part of the regional team.
