**Responsibilities**
- Conducts all cleaning and sanitation activities in all Provisions/Stores areas as directed, works according to the schedule provided, assists Storekeepers and Inventory Controller as needed and directed, takes an active role in all Storeroom activities
- In charge may fill out documentation pertaining to the assigned duties. This includes but is not limited to: temperature control logs
- Generally understands and is aware of policies and procedures pertaining to safety on board, including but not limited to Owner's Safety Policy, the principal’s safety policy and client location specific policies.
- Wears necessary PPE during all cleaning and sanitation activities
