In this supervisory role, you'll focus on staff development and the maintenance of operational excellence. You'll be responsible for leading daily meetings, assessing team performance, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices to meet and exceed production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a coach and mentor for department staff
• Guarantee manufacturing practices are followed
• Lead daily meetings to align team objectives
• Maintain focus on 5S and continuous improvement
• Ensure equipment maintenance through a preventive program
Requirements:
• Diploma in Operations Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in French and English
