Protective Security Officer - Intermediate Level

The Opportunity

As a dedicated Protective Security Officer II, you will provide armed response to defeat armed adversaries during emergency incidents involving workplace violence, active shooters, and duress situations. Renders lifesaving first aid during medical emergencies. Controls access to protected areas in preservation of life safety, identifying and correcting policy violations. Monitors safety and security situations, identifies discrepancies and implements corrective actions to remove threats in protection of the workforce. Performs as a team member in controlling incident scenes, recovering operations, and implementing actions directed by local fire and police authorities. Enforces established procedures with employees, visitors, and unaffiliated people while under supervision.
