Your profile
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Computer Engineering, Engineering management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Diagnostics/emissions calibration or controls or experience with automotive systems, hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems
- 3+ years experience in regional/global size program management
- Knowledge of INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow
- Experience in large dataset processing and analysis
- Experience leading meetings or groups/teams with a leadership aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
- Self‑motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
