Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Engine, Fuel Control & Engine Component Engineering
Serve as the technical authority for our turbine engines, with primary focus on fuel control units, engine components, LRUs (e.g., pumps, actuators, valves, gearboxes), piece part repairs and re-manufacturing. Manage the technical health of the engine fleet by monitoring and improving Condition Monitoring / In‑Service Health Monitoring (CM/IHM) programs at the engine and component level. Analyze engine and accessory performance data to recommend maintenance program changes, including TBO/MTBO adjustments, on‑condition strategies, and reliability improvements. Lead or support design change and obsolescence activities related to fuel controls and components, including alternate parts, repairs, and vendor changes.
