Proposal & Order Execution Specialist

The Proposal and Order Execution Specialist supports the sales process from the request for quotation (RFQ) stage through successful order execution, ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals.

They also coordinate the transition from proposal to execution by ensuring the effective transfer of information, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals within customer-defined deadlines.
• Review and analyze customer RFQs to identify technical requirements, commercial considerations, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate the collection, review, and editing of proposal content by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
