This position plays a key role in coordinating proposal activities, managing marketing collateral, supporting interview preparations, and ensuring the timely collection and organization of critical project documentation.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Experience supporting proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing initiatives within the engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
