Job Description
◆ Manage the ongoing residential housing development project ◆ Coordinate and communicate with the local business partner ◆ Monitor project progress, schedules, and overall project execution.◆ Prepare and support project-related documentation and reports.
◆ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
◆ Conduct market research and business analysis related to real estate projects.
◆ In the future, participate in real estate acquisition and sales projects, as well as new business development initiatives.
◆ Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Japanese company.
- Conversational level English communication skills.
