About the role

Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy portfolio of approx. 180 properties with no routines and no leasing.

Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do. you will also not do the routines. 
  
 The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

• Liaising with Landlords
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Arrears Management
• Attending and preparing for QCAT

About You

• Minimum 3+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong Communication Skills
• Neat and tidy personal presentation...
