What you will own

• Leasing outcomes. You are responsible for occupancy across your portfolio. You drive lease velocity, manage leasing agents, enforce activity minimums, and close deals yourself when needed.
• Tenant retention. Renewals are not an afterthought. You know which tenants are at risk, when to hold on rent increases, and when to push. Every renewal saved is a turnover avoided.
