Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Property Manager oversees operations, staffing, planning and resident relations at our residential land lease communities. They are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment and can think like an investor to promote profitability. This role is a combination of property and people management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community environment.
