Opportunity Description
We are looking for a dedicated, high-performing Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a multi-site residential portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton, Alberta.
What you will do
- Manage all aspects of operations for a multi-site residential portfolio, with accountability for property performance, resident experience, and risk management;
- Lead and support site teams to ensure properties are well maintained, priorities are managed effectively, and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Partner with leasing staff to ensure vacancies are marketed and leased in line with established leasing procedures and portfolio targets;
- Act as the primary authority on the Residential Tenancy Act for the portfolio, handling complex tenancy matters, escalations, and dispute resolution processes;
