Opportunity Description
Reporting to the Director of Residential Operations, the Property Manager is responsible for the professional management, administration and leasing for a Centurion portfolio of student housing communities for Centurion Property Associates Inc. Centurion reserves the right to alter this portfolio based on the needs of the business.
The Property Manager is accountable for management of all related resources, contracts, tools and supplies to ensure Centurion Asset Management Inc. | Centurion Property Associates Inc. real property assets are effectively and efficiently managed to established standards and within established budgets.
