Opportunity Description
Primary Purpose of Position:
Manage and provide day-to-day direction and supervision related to operations and maintenance, revenue maximization, expense control, and tenant relations in assigned portfolio or property independently and/or through the management of staff.
Essential Functions:
Management
+ In collaboration with Senior Property Manager, build and lead a highly effective and efficient team.
+ Collaborate with internal departments and other external groups to produce desired results for the property/portfolio.
+ Mobilize others (both BXP employees and contracted service providers) to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations and goals of the assigned portfolio.
Tenant Relations
+ Maintain frequent contact with tenants focusing on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
