Opportunity Description
- 12-month fixed term contract, commencing before 26 July 2026 to support a maternity leave backfill.
- Work across two premium Melbourne CBD assets, delivering exceptional property management services to a high-quality portfolio of commercial and retail clients.
- Bring relevant experience in a similar commercial and/or retail property management role.
Who we’re looking for?
- Experience in a similar commercial and/or retail property management role.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential).
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration.
- Strong financial and property management acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written skills and a great communicator.
