Drive property management excellence in a multi-state region as a Property Management Leader. Oversee operations, evaluate staffing, and ensure properties meet company standards.
This role requires you to manage a portfolio of properties effectively while providing oversight and support to Community Managers. You'll focus on hiring, performance evaluations, budget management, and ensuring compliance with property standards through regular inspections and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of multiple properties
• Deliver weekly performance and budget updates
• Train staff on operational software, OneSite
• Develop property inspection schedules
• Handle emergency calls and tenant concerns efficiently
Requirements:
• Extensive travel across states is required
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
