Property Accountant

Dream is looking for a Property Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, capital expenditures, leasing costs, annual operating cost recoveries, accounts receivable, and bad debts/provisions.
• Prepare monthly property‑level financial analysis for property managers.
• Prepare revenue analysis and review for the portfolio.
• Complete recovery ratio analysis and provide commentary.
• Participate in monthly operational and financial review meetings.
• Review, analyze, and process property budgets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Accounting.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in commercial property management and lease accounting, or related experience such as residential real estate.
