Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily social services operations to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Family Service Workers and related staff, including assigning caseloads, monitoring performance, and identifying training needs.
• Oversee client service activities, including eligibility determinations, case reviews, service planning, and quality assurance of service delivery.
