Keewaytinook Okimakanak is looking for a Public Works Project Technologist focused on supporting capital projects across its six First Nations communities. This role requires planning, implementation, and travel.
Reporting to the Public Works Manager, you will act as a consultant and resource for various public works initiatives. Your involvement will assist in addressing specific community needs and ensuring efficient project execution. Candidates must have relevant technical qualifications and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in capital project planning and development
• Implement strategies for successful project execution
• Read and analyze engineering plans and specifications
• Travel regularly to remote First Nations locations
• Collaborate with Chiefs and Council members effectively
