Project Specialist / Corporate Financial Services

Overview

The finance unit provides city-wide financial management services, centralized procurement services, project financial services, and centralized financial services for corporate administration. The finance unit guides and supports the city's financial management, accounting, and investment planning, development, and reporting. The position is a fixed‑term employment from 17 August 2026 to 31 December 2028 (start date to be agreed).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide project managers and project team members in project financial management.
• Contribute to the success and implementation of Tampere city's projects at various stages, particularly in project management and project financial management tasks.
