Job Description

To manage a team of draughtspersons in producing drawings to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities Drawing Office (DO) set‑up on projects per Company standards and procedures. Budget management forecast and reporting on design office resource requirements. Identify Project Drawing Office resource forecast requirements and communicate these to Project and Functional Management. Compile and maintain the Drawing Register. Manage Drawing Office administration. Forecast and monthly report progress in accordance with the project execution plan, advising deviations and corrective actions to the Project Engineer. Generate and issue monthly reports listing key drawing office metrics. Undertake actual draughting work where/when required.
