Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Principal to join a Building Engineering/Building Restoration team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee complex building restoration projects, mentor technical staff, and contribute to business development while ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and senior reviewer on building restoration projects, providing technical oversight and quality assurance for work completed by project managers and junior staff.
• Conduct building condition investigations and prepare technical reports for parking structures, roofing systems, building envelopes, water infiltration, and related building components.
• Prepare technical specifications and manage the tendering and procurement process. <...
