Position Overview

Under the general direction of the CEO, the Project Manager will apply the key functions of effective project management to provide leadership to support patient flow at SBH. From process improvement to developing procedures and metrics all with the aim of improving patient flow. Demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the SBH. Explores technologies to facilitate the work in a transparent manner.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project workplan and proactively manages issues, changes to scope to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Provides essential support during the implementation of the project.
• Prepares and distributes monthly project status reports.
• Coordinates project team meetings and ensures appropriate documentation is maintained to capture project progress and potential challenges.
